Every new client begins with a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and styling needs. From there, we'll determine the best service path for you. Once booked, your first session typically begins with a deeper conversation about your wardrobe before we get into the closet.

It depends on the service you book. An initial session can range from 3 to 6+ hours depending on the size of your closet and scope of work. More comprehensive packages like The Luxe require 7–12+ hours of client time spread across multiple sessions.

I typically shop for clients, curating selections through an online album and sending recommendations based on your needs. For clients who prefer a more hands-on experience, in-person shopping can be arranged.

Logistics

Both. In-person services are available in New York City and Louisville, Kentucky. I also work with clients in other areas of the country for an additional travel fee. Virtual styling is available for existing clients.

As soon as you know. The earlier we start, the more time we have to curate the perfect look without the stress of a tight timeline.

I kindly request 72 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. All deposits and payments are final.
Ongoing Support

It depends on your goals and lifestyle. Some clients prefer an intensive initial period followed by seasonal check-ins, while others benefit from ongoing monthly support. We'll find a rhythm that works for you.

Yes. Existing clients have access to hourly services, retainers, and virtual styling for continued support—whether that's event styling, seasonal refreshes, or travel capsules.

Discretion is a priority. All client work is kept private unless we've had a conversation and you've given permission to share. I understand this is a personal process, and I respect that fully.
